SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Your ECS/ECU is a sensitive electronic devices and as such require special care when shipping. Please refrain from using packing peanuts or stryofoam as packing materials as these materials can potentially generate static electrcitiy (ESD) that can damage your components.
Placing your ECS/ECU in a zip lock bag or other insulating container and using bubble wrap is the recommend packing method.

*ECS/ECU REPAIR SERVICES:

Repair service requires you to remove your unit or have it removed, and have it sent in for repair. For assistance on how to find or remove your unit please contract us directly.
Units are guaranteed to be repaired within 24-48 hours of taking delievery at Black Flag Racing. Many units return shipped out the same day received.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Not all units are repairable. A small percentage may have significant damage that renders a unit non-repairable. The non-repairable unit can be disposed of free of charge or can be returned to the customer for a small shipping fee.
